Dorsett Gold Coast

I stayed at the Dorsett for the night as I was attending a concert at the adjoining Casino. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, whilst showing their professionalism. As you entered the foyer you were greeted by friendly, smiling staff. It was quite busy at check-in time and the staff were chatting to all of the customers who were waiting in line to check-in. They were asking what was the reason for our stay at the Dorset and they appeared interested in our reasons. We were offered a glass of water whilst we were waiting which was a lovely touch. The check-in reception staff were great too, friendly, offering advice on what to do, where to go to eat and was given a free drink voucher to enjoy a drink in the bar. She also validated the parking for me too. All of the staff from the porters, reception and bar staff they were all amazing, going above and beyond to assist you in any way they could. The room was clean and had everything you needed. There was a balcony too, you could sit outside have a drink and some nibbles and watch the world go by.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dorsett Gold Coast for five nights. My booking was for a Deluxe Twin room and I was pleasantly surprised with our location on the 13th floor, which provided a stunning view of not only the beautifully heated pool but also the surrounding area. The highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by Daniyar. His warm and friendly demeanor made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel's location is good, providing easy access to all the attractions Gold Coast has to offer. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dorsett Gold Coast to anyone looking for a memorable stay in this beautiful place.

We absolutely loved staying at the Dorsett. The location was perfect - nice & close to everything. The hotel itself was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the staff were so friendly & accommodating. We weren't due to check in till 3pm but I rung the front desk at 8am on the morning of, where I asked if we could come any earlier. The gentleman I spoke with advised me they had a room ready and we could come now if we wanted. We checked in at 1030am and even got a late check out of 1pm the next day ($30 extra which I was more than happy to pay) Will definitely be back when we stay in the GC again :)

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The view was breathtaking, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d like to give a special shout-out to the reception team, who went above and beyond their duties to accommodate my individual needs. The front office staff deserves a round of applause for their outstanding service. The rooms were sparkling clean, modern, and well-equipped, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for my family, and we had an unforgettable time. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience

Beautiful rooms and very clean. Great location and friendly service mostly. Good price. Beautiful pool area and very conveniently accessible to the Casino.
